Terms of Use

Plot availability, prices and dimensions on this website are published for information and may change when a hold, reservation or sale is recorded. Online booking and payment are not offered. A plot is allotted only after an offline booking at the Treeland office and execution of a registered sale deed.

Layout drawings are indicative. Always verify boundaries, setbacks and road widths on site and against the approved layout copy before purchase.

Enquiries and newsletter opt-ins create a sales contact record so we can respond. Submitting a form does not create a booking or payment obligation.
